Our 2003 GSXR 600 made 89.48 hp and 40.97 ft/lbs of torque in stock form. With our complete bolt on kit the 600 laid down 131.15 hp and 58.69 ft/lbs of torque. Have you ever had a 600 slap you in the chest at 90 mph?!?

Hardware includes:
4 silicone connectors for throttle bodies
1 silicone straight for outlet of turbo
1 silicone 90 degree elbow
12 worm clamps
T2 exhaust gasket
T fitting for boost gauge
Breather filter

The exhaust manifold is made from our very own Custom TBR Exhaust flange, T2 inlet flange and 1.5 inch 304 stainless steel tubing. Designed to work 01-05 600 and 01-05 750s with our Garrett T-20 turbo. This is the same turbo used on many popular Honda Civic turbo kits. This setup clears all important objects such as the oil filter, radiator, coolant lines, and most importantly the engine block. This yields an absolutley beautiful street/strip turbo kit in the end.

The intake plenum is made from 6061 aluminum and welded to perfection. Drilled and tapped for the stock air temperature sensor. 1 3/4 inch runners for the 01-03 600's and 2 inch runners for all other models. 2 inch inlet at the top of plenum.

The oil line kit consists of a oil restrictor fitting, custom built Goodridge supply line, and a custom 10 mm banjo bolt to -4 line setup. Return line is a -10 push lock system.

All turbo kits will include water lines to keep your intake temperatures down and make more power!

If you add this on, you are responsible for modifying the turbo kit to get this to work. We do not tap or drill anything for the meth. injection kit, please advise.
